Test-proven in severe mountain terrain, Zollinger Racing Products has designed a durable front suspension for Ski-Doo’s Gen4 and Polaris Axys snowmobiles that still protects the bulkhead in case of a severe bump.
Both the Axys and Gen4 front suspensions are designed to allow the upper A-arm to bend on the toughest hits to save the bulkhead.
The design on the Gen4 has the ski bolt location moved back 10mm to put it directly in line with the upper and lower A-arms. This change offers more predictability and improves handling in all snow conditions and terrain. It also makes it better for sidehilling. The suspension is 1.2 lbs. lighter than stock.
For the Polaris, the lower A-arms and spindles are 50 percent stronger than stock and are available with standard or one-inch offset spindles. Both suspensions are made from top quality 6061-T6 aluminum.
