I've heard polaris dealers nationwide have priced all 155's at 8,999 and all 163's at 9,299

none of these prices are advertised on dealers website. Should I just call and ask them to sell the sled at that price because I heard on some forum that this is the running price ? :)

Missed out on 2015 800 155 RMK (chaincase) for $8390 recently, seems non-PRO models are rare out west except for the few snowchecks where people got all the PRO goodies other than the quickdrive... and a-arms...

Have seen 2015 Pro 155 for as low as 9K. Tremonton UT - Golden Spike? $9400 at Rexburg Motorsports for same sled last I checked.

Anyone seen any better?

Golden Spike Tremonton and Rexburg Motorsports do have the prices on their websites... Local dealer to me is still WAY over these prices. If I were going to buy now, and if they were close in price, I would stay local, but they are still like $11000... LOL is all I can say.

Haven't bought anything, just been searching and wondering what others have been seeing. Looking to turbo again so trying to decide if I should go back to chain case or stick with belt drive. Also thinking of moving to 163 from 155. Either way checking out options

I'll second that. I just bought a holdover '14 from them for a very good price. Plus they gave me a great trade-in value on my '11. More than I've seen people asking for lightly used one on this forum's for-sale page.

Rob
Im surprised. Live 20 minutes from them an they have always been the high price leader.

Surprised me too. I never wanted a new sled, I just wanted to get rid of my 2011 so I could rent in the future. But I couldn't sell it for what they gave me on trade, plus the '14 holdover was priced to move, so I changed my plan. My '11 was getting to the point it needed me to put money into maintenance items and buying was a better choice for me. I avoided spending money on that, reset my mileage to zero and acquired a 3-year warranty, so I guess I own a sled for a couple more years. Unless someone wants a 0-miles 2014 Pro 800 163?? :eyebrows:

Exchange rates would say new ski doos should price drop in usd
Polaris and arctic cat prices should go up 15% to 20% for 2016 sleds

considering the price of the new 2016 sleds, i think the smart dealers r gonna try load up on used sleds while they are cheap. once its common knowledge that a fresh one is 13+ grand, the used ones will go up 1500-3000.

Am starting to think that just maybe, the Pro's won't lose their value quite as much due to the high prices of the new ones. $14,000.00 for a new AXYS? I'm trying to put it in perspective, as I just bought a $63,000.00 truck. But a $14,000 snowmobile?

Herreid sporting center in herreid South Dakota has Pro 800s for well under 9 grand

I just called there, they told me the price is 9100 and that they only take checks, I asked if I can pay with bank transfer (wire transfer) and they said they do not take wire transfers at all. Is this a joke? It is really so much harder to purchase something in the US than I anticipated, in a normal country you would just send the money and pick up the item... not to mention they do not do shipping just as the other dealer that I also called. Can someone help me here with some explanations why is it all so difficult?

I just stumbled upon this ad on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-Polari...em20f7901bf4&item=141592370164&pt=Snowmobiles
where it reads "We can only sell to Lower 48 States Residents. Per our Polaris Dealer Agreement."

could this be that I am having so much trouble buying a sled because I am from Europe and have no US address? Could the dealer be not allowed to sell the sled to me?

I'm pretty sure the dealer can't ship a new sled, even in the US. It's to keep them from cutting into another dealers market. That's what I was told anyway.
