On my 14, the seat without the rear support weighed 5.66 Lbs. With the support it was 6.16 Lbs.

Your right the Skinz freeride seat is lighter and shorter, it's a nice seat for sure. I chose the WRP seat because it's only 1.05 lbs heavier than the skins(still saves you 2.25 lbs over stock), costs $100 less, and the fact that it tapers back up towards the rear doesn't leave you with that oh I'm constantly sliding off the seat feeling I get on the skinz.

Here's some photos of stock, 13', WRP low seat so people can see weight differences. I was surprised Polaris only saved .6lbs going to the 13' style seat!

It looks like my 14 seat weighs slightly less than his 13 seat. I'm sure a result of production tolerance rather than model year change. I have two Skinz seats, the two inch rise weighed 5.00 Lbs while the mid rise weighs 4.53 Lbs.

If that includes the rear support then your seat is lighter than mine was. It makes you wonder how much water we carry around in our seats.
