no fix kit had 250 miles on new top end...sled has around 2200 miles got it for 1600.00 so I guess I can fix it or part it out..
been looking at the Indy Dan top end and I have a crank already done in the box from SLP..so all I need is the cases..

I think Dan can fix those cases.
Yes, seen it before, but it was from an engine that went through an avy and was put in another chassis. Less than 300mi when it finally went.

Detonation over a period of time fatigued the component. Was there a manufacturing :light::light:flaw in the device? Maybe, however the constant pounding of detonation eventually finds the weak spot.
