Will STM power valves fit with aftermarket head

I have a 07 m1000 with D&D twins and a Cutler head. I was wondering if anyone has had any clearence problems with the STM power valves with a aftermarket head. I have a Cutler head and it looks like it might be a tight fit.

no reason why they wouldnt....bolt right where the APVs go

When I called STM they said it was a close fit on the m1000 with the stock head. They wernt to sure they would fit with the aftermarket head. They said I could return them if they dont fit, just want to check if anyone has had clearence problems first.

exhaust valves

I have powerquest gas powered valves and rkt head on my 1000 and they work great together with no clerance issues, but I am running a single pipe if that makes any difference.
