I see the regs say 1.25" but I was wondering what lug height and track length is the best for good times
thanks

h2o track

anything bigger than 1.25 will carry too much water back over the top thus slowng you down, as well as anything longer than 136

Depends on what you consider GOOD TIMES?
My preference is a 136 with 1.75 lugs. You can damn near stop on the water, whack the throttle and still pull easy wheelies, slow way down make tight turns and still jump right back on top of the water, ride 2 up, pull people on contraptions like snow sleds, skis and wakeboards.

Ive never done speed runs, but if I was going to, Id probably use a 133x1 or a 121x1.25

track for watercross

I really liked my 1.25x136 ripsaw on my pro-x. I could ride across the water around 15-20 miles an hour and do tight circles but when hammered on it would climb right out and carry the ski's on a hard pull about a foot off the water for as long as you wanted to go.

I ran my 136 x 1.5 on water alot. Used to go ride the river in the summer. It worked out good, but definitly wouldnt want anything bigger.

If i were setting a sled up for water, i'd go 136x1.25 Anything bigger will pull too much water like stated, and will also work your engine and clutching more than you'd want.

You will want track speed, and super fast backshifting

Playing on water is alot of fun, but man is the maintenance heavy!!

Just don't use a 162 reversed Attack-20, trust me!:)

You can slow down to all of about 10 mph and grab a handful and she stands on about the last 2 inches of track, but loads the tunnel with about 50 gallons of water!
