I have a 99 RMK 700 mod sled.. It has a U cooler.. My question is: Does the front cooler NEED to be run or can it bypassed because the U-cooler runs the entire length of the tunnel and should keep it much cooler than the stock rear cooler? I have never ran a U-Cooler so I really dont know if it will be cooled enough with just that.. Anyone know on this??

you should be fine by removing the front cooler but alot of times it is more of an issue of running the hoses if you remove it. at least on my edge that was the case so I left it in

u cooler

I have the U cooler only on my 660. Cools fine. I pulled the front cooler for more track clearance. This is a ProX so my inlet and outlet are in the stock position. Mine runs the full length including the 156 extension. With the larger surface area and the whole tunnel acts as a heat sink, works fine.
