Was up in the hills on Sunday and there is a solid 15 to 18 inches everywhere. Snowed good today and we are supposed to get 10 to 15 inches additional snow by Wednesday . Very good ridding. Need to be careful on slews and lakes. There was not much ice before all this snow.

It has delivered. There is a solid 25 to 30 inches of snow in the turtle mountains. Not sure by metigoshie but St. John to dunseith port should be great.

How is the snow conditions now? Have they groomed the trails or is the ice still a concern??
Hoping to be up there by the weekend!

Hey guys I'm heading out to the hills this weekend. Haven't rode there in about 4 years. Can anyone tell if off trail is decent and safe. If so where are the good spots to hit up

Turtle Mountains is about 500 miles North of the Black Hills which you wrote you were going to in that thread?
