Son bought a 163 and want to do a 155 swap

My son just bought 16 RMK with a brand new 162 Conquer 280 and new Ice Age rails. 0 miles.
He's 160lbs and would rather have a 155 x 2.6 under it.
Anybody thinking about doing just the opposite and want to talk about swapping parts?
