RM Stator?

Don't know about anybody else but had bad luck with them when i replaced a stator on a 2000 ZR 500. It worked good for a while, then it fried it self so bad it took out the cumputer. At this point so pissed, didn't even bother with a warrentied one.

Stator Corp. out of Massachusetts does a good job and warrenties their work, fast turn-around.
I hear statorkev is great, but 2 weeks is WAY too long to be without the sled.
I bought an RM for a spare, and when one of ours goes I'll toss in the RM, have him rewind the stocker, then slap that back in. Kind of a pain, but still WAY cheaper than buying a cat one.

Really depends with RM.
Sometimes I've seen smaller wires and leads, not as good of rewind on the coils etc. However everything I have gotten for myself and told them to take their time and do properly(not that one should have to allude to doing things properly) I always get back quality products.
I did however have a recent issue with a Yammi Triple stator, the wires coming out of the stator where tied incorrectly(wrong spot) and were hitting the flywheel. Sled ran fine for about 10 minutes then started acting up.....pulled apart, found issue, hour later I was back to ripping around the field. RM said they would warranty it, but for the week turnaround time(I waited about 4-5 weeks for the original) I decided to fix myself and no issues so far. Knock on wood.
