I haven't been able to find the correct throttle cable for my '83 SPRINTFIRE.
(340 liquid cooled single carb)
Closest one I could find was for a 340 TRAILFIRE. (340 fan cooled single carb)
The problem is that it doesn't have a branch to go to oil pump.

For now I will ignore the oil injection & use pre-mix.
Does anyone see a problem with this?

Thanks

That shouldn't be a problem. Some of the older sleds injected oil into the fuel line(s) in front of the carb(s), most of them injected into the engine side of the carbs, either way you should be fine. One thing to look for is an oil line headed into the block that may be feeding oil into the bearings. You would want to be hooked up to your injection system if that is the case to keep from frying that bearing. On older sleds, I have more peace of mind when using pre-mix. At least I am not worrying "When is that 20 year old oil pump going to fail?".
