Polaris Evo upgrades

We picked up a couple Evo’s last year for my 8yr old daughter and my buddies 7yr old son. The boy just wasn’t quite tall enough to reach the running boards so we machined up a set of riser plates and bolted them to the boards. They seemed to get along real well never being on a sled before. We made a couple trips to the snowies…. What we found was the 121 track wasn’t enough so this year we machined up some rail extensions and put a 136 x 1-3/4 track on them. Hopefully this will help them get around a little better. Now we wait for some snow!!!

That'll be a huge improvement. I put a 136 x 1.5" on my Indy Lite and it motored around great after that.

kids these days are so damn lucky lol im still working on 11-15 pro rmk chassis upgrades so chances are i know quite a bit of things to help on the evo. if it aint broke give a kid some time haha
