Are there any aftermarket companies with cans available or talks of them having a can before the season starts?

I heard Diamond S has one in the works. Not sure if it will be ready for the season

I wonder if Polaris will be as strict as Doo when it comes to changing cans & voiding warranty on the turbos… sure would be nice to ditch the factory suitcase!

Most dealers get a discount from these exhaust can manufacturers so why not approach the dealer and ask them to price out the exact model you want. A good dealer will stand behind anything they sell and if not they will tell you about warranty issues before you buy.

Good point, my dealer is pretty good with stuff like this so I’ll ask him.

Of course they won't but some guys like to be straight shooters and not keep switching back and forth every time the sled might be seen by the dealer. Point is if there is an option to have your dealer's blessing, take it.

Guarantee that Polaris will void warranty if any mods are done. They stuck it in my bud last year and voided him for having a can on his sled when the motor went down at 4000 miles. The can probably helped the engine, lol. 4000 miles!

Anyone actually talk to Diamond S on the status of the boost can? Will we even see it this season?

Here is the Bikeman trail and race can. Stock can is 14lbs, trail can is 7lbs and race can is 4.5lbs.

I haven't talked to Diamond-S directly, but Burandt has commented a few times on the NA Matryx Diamond-S release video that the boost version is almost done, just going through some final on-snow testing. Should definitely be this season, I would guess early 2022.

I did as well. Many top ends with a can. That dealer must have just rolled over and caved

If my motor went down I would for put it back to stock. Takes ten minutes he got what he deserved.
