Old style AC 700 twin into Polaris Wedge. Anybody done it?

Looking to make a backup sled out of what we got laying around (i.e. cheap). Got a 1996 polaris ultra chassis with no motor and a 1992 Wildcat with a good 700 twin but a smashed up hood. Anybody have any pointers on doing this swap?

I know I have seen it done some years ago. I seem to remember being told that it was a pretty easy swap, the biggest thing would be the electrical stuff. The Cat used a normally closed, (ground to run) ignition and everybody else used a ground to kill ignition so the key switch and kill button wouldn't work right. Hope this helps.

Might be able to bolt the motor to the polaris motor plate, or have one bent up. Past that its all about clutch alignment. Id add some extra mounts for engine torque though.
