Cool! is it manageable on the trail at all?
Yes. That was my biggest concern when I first took it out. I was surprised how good it felt on the trail considering its width. Have two more sets of these hitting the snow soon so I can get some "unbiased" feedback.
Feedback has been very positive. The 34's are available.

They are not on the website but are available. The coolest thing about them is that the sled now fits through spots (between trees or other obstacles while boon docking) that were too tight before.

My 2010 Nytro has fox floats. Do you recommend a coil over shock. Or are the fox floats just fine?

Just got off the phone with mountain tech. I'm going to try a set. You need 16.5 inch shocks and the early nytro spindles. I have both required items on hand so it's not a big deal for me. It would be significantly more expensive if you had to buy both. looking forward to trying it.
Center to center on the spindles.

Do the side panels hit the ground when the sled tipped on it's edge?

Skis are still outboard of the side panels. Paneling out is not an issue from my experience.
