Just curious if anyone else is running these weights and how you like them?

Put mine in last weekend along with the black purple secondary and finally am happy with the way my 15 is running! Thing woke up big time.

Pulls consistently all through the range, definitely pulls harder on top and has great back shift.

I Ran the old MDS weights in my 12, 13 and 14 and they worked pretty good but these new ones are a definite improvement.

Only change I will make for this week is adding a a gram or two of weight to put me around 64 grams and bring my R's down around 100-150. Yes I said I was going to 64 grams at about 9000 feet. That should give you an idea how well these things complement the sled that I am able to pull that kind of weight on a stock rmk.

I would definitely recommend giving Steve a call and letting him set you up and bonus they are easy to adjust if you ride multiple areas/elevations.

I run them. 0-6500' 95% 2500-5000' 2014 800 163" track.par head. 260 lbs. Ready to ride. Set up at: bolt and 2 washer in the base. Hex and 1 washer tip. 70.6g. runs 8150-8000 rpm. Great set up for the different types of snow and elevations I have been too. They will run 2g less then the old style at the same rpm. Ex. 64g @8000 rpm. (Old style) . 62g@8000 rpm ( new style) also they are much much more responsive.

Bumping an old thread looking for an answer... what is the difference between the old P1 weights and the newly designed ones from 2015? I have two sets, one that I thought was the new design but physically they look the exact same. Is there a physical difference or a base weight layout difference??
