Have done the same to a 18 165X, Ice age rails, I opted for the 174 T3 track, Avid drivers, full set of free ride shocks, skinz replacement rear arm T motion delete, 927 BB, Boondocker Sidekick, Expert rear plastic extension/ tail light housing and the rear tunnel end cap for the expert.

Forgot to say I did do tmotion delete a couple years ago

Yes I did the expert rear tunnel end cap also.

Rad, now to complete that radness get rid of that rear seat bag which gets in the way with your feet and add a 47c seat, try it for 2 days of riding then put the old seat and bag on there and you will never go back, worse bag ski-doo makes.
