How did you trim the knee panel? Think I see what you did in one of the photos, curious to hear more.

I took the 1/4 turns out at the bottom trimmed that tab back so it would fit tight and refilled a hole to match the tube lock. Did that over putting a 1/4 turn above the foot well like I've seen on here.

So little update got my homemade snorkel kit done with a Boondocker filter. Got my light from rigid industries 1000 lumes and goes on to a GoPro mount!! Also was at Skinz Protective Gears shop today with everything that I have on this sled the new helium kit will go right on there so if you have some of the same stuff and we're wondering wonder no more lol. Also with out the tunnel bag and 5 gal of gas in the tank sled weighed 500 lbs even. Pretty pumped on that.

Looks really quality work and well planned out! I love seeing our vents on builds fully wrapped, it really adds a new revolutionary vision to the whole pet screen/ABS cheap vents out there. Glad to see people out there with attention to detail!

Keep up the good work!

Little update again. Had a little issue with a bearing on the belt drive side and it messed up my osp Jackshaft. Tom at this made it better and I now have a 15 cat shafts in it. Going to try and fix the osp eventually. But other than that I just put a 3"power claw on today and waiting for my jaws pipe to get back from getting ceramic coated. Will get some updated pics tomorrow.

So went b to put my jaws pipe on today and it was touching the plastic piece above the clutch, and the left front spar. It seams way tighter around everything than the stock pipe. Anyone else have this with theirs and what was the fix? Gonna call jaws Monday but wanted to see if I can get someone to lend me some knowledge

Thanks

You sure got the fist when your jackshaft let go!! Mine literally let go as I idled up to my truck, stopped and secondary fell off!! What did you use to port your track? I like it!! Also if your 13 has full tunnel heat exchanger like mine did, there's a cheap weight loss! I cut and rewelded back exchanger 5 inches from front one! Moves a ton off back of tunnel in snow, ice, aluminum and coolent! Sweet *** sled you got there!!!!

Normal. Heat tape and exaust wrap is your friend! Cut down the rubber piece that goes into the mount on the pipe
