Just wondering if there is an upgrade? What it consists of? What's the cost?

I'm upgrading mine right now to the 230hp mark. The upgrade is a intercooler, re flash of the gems, new waste gate. I'm also gonna pull the engine and put in a head shim, adjust the cam timing with powder litres jig. And upgrade the fuel pump. The head shim will give me the ability to run lower octane fuel rather than expensive race gas. Can always use av fuel too. Cost me about $1800. Fuel pump being around the $800 mark

Why the hell would a fuel pump cost $800, is it made of gold or something?

Check this earlier post. I'm running a special right now for guys doing it before we start to get crazy. You could choose to do a head shim to run on pump gas or we could re-flash your Yamaha ECU with a reduced timing program and it would do the same thing as a shim without missing up the bottom end performance and without opening up your motor. I don't know about a fuel pump that costs around $800? Our fuel pump kit is $399 and includes a billet return block, billet regulator adaptor, Walbro pump, and 1/1 regulator.

So Matt what kind of boost and Hp can a guy safely run with the fuel pump upgrade as well as the intercooler?
