New and improved Polaris 850/ 9R Complete crankshafts.
Key features.
1- We eliminated the Stock PTO Roller bearing.
2 - Upgraded PTO-End runs 2 Angular contact ball bearing running 3 rows of bearing balls….. similar to the ones we have used for over 20 years in the Polaris 800 Big Block and the All Polaris 800 Small block motors. ( The Indy Specialty PTO-end eliminates PTO-end separation / Stops any chance of the PTO-end sliding off the Rod Pin.
3 - optional Center Key-Locked Center sections for use in High boost Turbos, Super Charge motors, or Big loads of NOS ( This feature eliminates any crank centers from twisting out of phase. )
We have had requests for this feature from some customers the have twisted centers out of phase while on their Dyno’s
4 - All crank pieces can be purchased separately.
5 - Assembly fixtures will be available to purchase by Dealers.
6 - These PTO -ends have been in testing since 2020, and our Keyed Centers have been used and tested for over 12 years world wide In Large displacement 3 and 4 cylinder custom built motors.
