Machining new Primary taper

Wondering if any knows of any machine shops in southern BC or Alberta can machine a primary clutch taper from 33 to 35 mm?

Would not work if done anyway, offset would have been way off and clutch would have hit engine plate. Ended up happy with M1100 4 arm clutch paired with Team Boss secondary. Keeping a close eye on cover splines though. Wish someone made a billet outer sheave.
