What to do when the snow keeps teasing us and there isn't enough to ride on? At least you can hang out with friends to share the pain. 2 big events this week:
Location: North Sanpete High School Auditorium, 400 E 700 S, Mt Pleasant UT
What: UAC Fundraiser / Boondockers Movie / Meet professional riders / Raffle of prizes
When: Thursday, Dec 1, 2011. 7pm
Where: North Sanpete High School Auditorium
400 E 700 S, Mt Pleasant UT 84647
Cost: $5 per adult / $2 per child under 12. Each person gets 1 raffle ticket with the entrance fee. Additional raffle tickets will be for sale.
In addition, the UAC will be doing an avalanche presentation to the high school students during an assembly that morning.
And for those in the North:
Please join the Friends of the Utah Avalanche Center in Logan for our annual "Pray for Snow" Fundraiser and Party on Wednesday November 30th at the Italian Place in downtown Logan. The event will feature a silent auction, raffle, great food, music, and a special presentation by Bruce Tremper, the Director of the Utah Avalanche Center.
Suggested donation is $25.
