Environment Canada has issued the first "Winter Weather Bomb" for the Maritime provinces for the 2011/2012 season, with 15-20cm's tonight.
And since I need to do construction work in the middle of New Brunswick at altitude (by NB standards anyway) this weekend, my anecdotal forecast is for double that amount.
