Importing from Canada to US

Does anyone have information or links to where I can find information about buying new and used sleds from Canada and bringing them to the US?

I have bought two sled decks used from Canada with no issue but I can't find the specific information about buying new from a Canadian dealer or used sleds from private parties.

There are no import fees for used sleds being imported from Canada (if they are built in N America). You will need notorized bill of sale and the title.
Friend from US just bought a used sled and imported it no problem and no duty.

If it's new you will have to pay to bring it across.
