"JB is rad, but I can see your point."

Justing Beiber's fan base is 15 year old girls, he is not "rad".

CMT is moving away from country and turning into a pop music channel. What ever happened to the good ole' boys type of country? George Strait, Willie Nelson etc.

CMT has gone the same way that MTV did. Instead of sticking with what made it popular, they took what sense they had and jumped off a cliff.

GAC is almost what CMT used to be.

Trick my truck was pretty cool, it was nice seeing something other than the typical car building shows out there.

My wife thinks JB is awesome...I'm closer to Ozzy in the verizon commerical...."whats a bieber?" haha

And at his young age he's already seen more taint than anyone here ever will!

He takes female hormones on a daily basis to keep that "look" and keep his girl-like voice.

The only taint he sees is his own.

And country music died back when the Dixie Chicks showed up.

Can't agree more, so sick of the liquid diarrhea that is spewed from Nashville these days. I am definitely a country music fan, but refuse to give in on my opinion of the "mainstream" part of it. Even the dudes that think they are bad*** tick me off.

I will let you in on a secret though, the music is still there, you simply won't hear it on your radio or on CMT. It's almost underground now, guys like me and some of you folks that will not be pushed into this electronic light show that they want us to think is country music.

YouTube may be ours and their only hope,

Here are some...

Reckless Kelly (Idaho folks back me up on this one)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EbBvtIxLnY
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RTYcZOicek&feature=related (This is about snow, and we are snowmobilers, come on people)

Stoney Larue

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nx2-FrVHhW4
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16K45gzdhsY&feature=related (Lets hear Toby Queef try to cover this as good as this man)

Ryan Bingham

My personal favorite, love hate thing here, not going to get mad if he you don't. I think he is dead on, no sell out and I don't think he ever will, an actual true cowboy who deserves the hat, but doesn't wear one much.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHnSj9Ls6pU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zelvaxvTaUk&feature=related (This won him an Oscar, but alot probably never knew that)

I only scratched the surface on this, any of their other videos are good too, just letting you all know there is hope!

There is a lot out there and I am actually glad they aren't mainstream, because it makes it that much more sacred when you find the music you have been waiting for.

Wow, I really went on a rant there...better now though.

Ipod time, meditate before the riding this weekend.
