how many of you have rolled your snowmobile

I have several times, worst i've done is broke a windshield though. I'm sure most out there have rolled at least once. I've seen several rolls where parts were scattered everywhere, it's actually pretty cool to watch,....... when it's not yours.

I usually roll mine a couple times a year. Been lucky & have never rolled it enough where parts started scattering.

I've been lucky enough to roll my sled dang near every time I go out, but usually only once over, been over 4 times once, but stopped its roll(unbeleivable!) before getting into the tree's! Only broke a windshield doing it. (knock on wood)

I only rolled one time years ago up in the Copper Creek bowls in Lincoln MT. It happened to be the first sled I ever owned which was a 96 xcr sp 600. Heading up hill between some trees, I hooked a tree with the ski that was up in the air and that's all she wrote.

Parts everywhere. Hood trashed......lots of immediate venting to the engine compartment. Thank god for duck tape to make it home. Besides bruised ego, the rider was in one piece.

damn neer every time out last time i rode it rolled right over me had no hood on broke one of the spark plugs off w my back

ya not to long ago i had a bad incedint were i was climbing a hill and i went to turn down and i fell off or somthing and it rolled and rolled and finally got right side up and darted down the hill and smashed into a tree but luckily it only broke a windshield broke my bumber and tweaked the hood mounts so the hood is a little uneven

46 years of mountain riding X 100 rolls a year??? Well maybe not a 100 but lots . Amazing how tough sleds are . Worst was last year { March 07 } Rolled the Apex over a 40' cliff right onto ME . That hurt quite a bit . Thank god for morphine at the hospital .

i've only rolled it 2 times before i think. nothing broke. bars were a little bent cockeyed but that was it. we were out riding in davenport on the farmland when we had the huge storm, and a buddy was with us who hasn't been on a sled in nearly 10 years. it was a whiteout blizard and couldn't see nothing. he hit a roller that had a cornice on it at a solid 50mph. the sled went straight up in the air. he jumped off. sled tail landed foot away from his head and then slammed over on his body. he hasn't been on a sled since. lightweight.

Speak to Dbook on here. He's been around the block and back a few times if you know what I mean... His sled actually looks forward to mounting him at least once or twice a ride lol

Usually in good powder, at least once per ride if not more. Great technique for getting unstuck. Unintentially, way too many times to count. Most at a time, my 04 king cat 17 times at Crested Butte thinking I was a 'hillclimber'!

we always roll them over when stuck on any kind of angle..is scary on top of a big steep hill but always works..and while riding we get one sunnyside up once in a while...

I smile when I see a mountain sled for sale and the advertisement declares it has never been rolled or never been wrecked.

Too many times to count, always in the deep. never had anything break until this year at a hillclimb, minor crack in the hood and the windshield other than that nothing.

asking a snowmobiler if he has ever rolled his sled is like asking a drunk if he has ever had a beer!!...

A sled isnt really broke in until it has been rolled a couple of times :D...

my best was when my psi motor blew in cooke city like 7 years ago.. I rented a summit 800... bout an hour later rolled/endo'd it down LOLO pass... :D.. so i came home with two sled.. :D

if you haven't rolled your sled, you're not riding it...

guess that means i've rolled mine.... windshield damage, lights busted, it happens.. minor repairs $
