I have an 07 700 dragon with turbo but have a high ildle 2450rpm. I have checked TPS at idle .940 volts. Throttle body is closed and cable is loose. I am at .940 volts. I sprayed carb cleaner down around boots and didn't get any change in RPM (possible air leak). The fuel controller isn't even part of this operation. It doesn't start to add fuel until booste is seen. There is one other issue when you first start it it wants to load up. it seems to be dumping fuel when not needed. If I keep it running by on and off throttle movement it will come out of it and then run fine except for the high idle. No check engine or codes are flashed. thx
