Gopro hero 3 blacl

I got a gopro hero 3 black edition and i tried it out the other day and then video is very glitchy, this is my first helmet cam so is there a setting or something i have to change or would it be my computer??

By glitchy do you mean jerky when viewed on your computer? Are you watching it unconverted straight off of the camera?

Ya im watching it straight off the camera, and glitchy i mean jerky, the sound is right on but the picture is not, it glitches every second it seems

This use to be a problem of mine. couple of quick questions and things to tell you and we can probably fix it.

1-what type of computer are you watching it on? laptop/desktop
2-is the computer old?does it have little memory space left? is it slow sometimes?
3-are you running a class 10 SD card, or a standard class one (2,4,6)
4-were you shooting on 1440p setting?
