No turbo flutter after recalls/airbox valve/clutching

Ok, so I'm suspecting something is up(i know i posted this before at some point, somewhere), and I'm making less boost. 23/24 season my sled at elevation made all the great boost noises it should make(very little turbo surge/flutter), and this season just seems lackluster(like its spooling slower/making less boost). The trs valve/clutching should have made it run better, but it just seems the same or worse. I had a ton of recalls done last season at the end of the year, and I think a reflash. I've been reading my ass off and I'm thinking its either the wastegate needs a relearn, or ive got a boost leak. Is that really the only potential it could be? Here's a video from Colorado last year, and it was running very good. This year its not hardly like that even at sea level.

Heres a recent video of my sled at low elevation, i feel as though i should still be hearing some flutter noise/wastegate opening and closeing at wide open. You dont hear anything.

Even this guys builds boost in the up, and you can definitely hear it.

I noticed after adding TRS valve and additional fire n ice vent to my airbox and need intake boots my “flutter” sound significantly decreased. But boost still spools up fast 🤷🏼‍♂️
