I just bought a 2012 etec with a 146 and wanted a 154. price was to good to pass up. So I have an 08 154 that I just totaled what is the difference in skids from an 08 to 12 skid or can I just bolt it under?

Its a huge difference! shock positions. Geometry etc. You would be changing your skid for the worse. Do yourself a favor and keep the 146 skid under there and just add rail extensions and throw the 154 track around it. that would be the least expensive way to do it.

The only difference 08 to 12 is the front shock length and the mounting location for said shock .... that being said it's a big difference in how it works so you do NOT want the 08 skid.
