Looking at picking up a holdover sled. There is a pretty big price difference between the 23 and 22. Just wondering if I am getting anything of real value from the 23 for the extra money.

In a boost it’s worth getting the 23.

Run ability greatly improved.
Extra intake port.
Better clutch calibration.
Different fuel sock.
(22’s only get one if it’s a problem)
Corrected pipe welds.

But the biggest reason is resale.

Thanks for the input. I will consider this.
One question can the 22 be updated with the 23 calibration to fix the run ability issues?

I have a 22 and have had it reflashed twice.

Still won’t touch my brothers 23 for response speed. (His 22 is worse than mine though)

I mention resale because “first year” sleds usually have the lowest resale value.

I didn't notice much difference between my 23 vs my 22. Both run great, neither one a problem. stock clutching is better on 23. 22 I would do a kit. 23 I didn't do a kit. Resale appears to be bad on all the turbos. Colorado had 23 hold overs for $20,000. Mine arrived in march, should have said no and picked up one of these for $3,000 less.

If the 22’ has had the recalls done it should have the 23’ tune in it. My 22’ ran well, but with the 23’ tune it ran much better

they always do that. the prototypes that hit the snow are never the same as production models. the mapping that was on the snow for people to test ride will be far different than what you will receive.
