Count me in. I just wasn't ready to share my clutching #'s as I think there is room left on the table at this time.

2010 Carl's 660 155" SLP pipe/can, airbox vents, push/pull arms, venting, reflash of the ECM.

10 Rush 600 - running in flatlands of WI.

Don't remember Secondary Clutching as I have too many sleds. Lower gearing, 10-66's, 140-330 primary, Running Power Commander - sled Rips!!!

ya im still workin on tune and clutching

I have 2 660s, one in a 2004 Escape and one in an 03 ProR chassis. The 04 runs a Rugland single and the 03 has SLP twins.

I'd have to check my notes on jetting and clutching. I'm in Utah, ride 7000-10,500 feet in elevation typically.

I'm running a 2008 RMK 155 with a KoolMe customs 660. SLP intake and singe pipe with a boondocker synergy nitrous kit set at about 15hp. Takes a very done up 800 to even keep up without spray. I haven't been brave enough to give it more nitrous because it seems like already too much power for only 660 cc.

I was the first to run one at sea level in my '02 Pro-X600. Woke that thing up. If I knew more about clutching back then like I do now(got serious in '08) I would have gone steeper on the helix and run at least 66g weights.
I was also first in AK to buy and run the "aftermarket" Team TSS-98 secondary.

Now if I want more power out of a 6 I'll swap the crank, pistons, cylinders to 700 along with pipe and ecu and call it good. My boy loves his, was mine first though.

At the end of this sledding season, I'm taking a serious consideration at getting the Carls 660. Have a 2010 600 RMK w/ blue/pink primary spring, 10-62's, 19 tooth top gear, SLP pipe n can, Big horn air intake & venting out the wazzoo. Kicked track out to 155x2.4. Compared to my brother's Pro chassis 600 sled, I beat him on top end (from the pipe/can, presumably), but he easily has a better low-end grunt and seemingly quicker clutch engagement.

In doing the Big Bore 660, is it true this gives a better low-mid pull? I quite like how the pro chassis pulls from the low-end. He is running stock primary spring w/ 60's and dropped tooth top gear also.

Hope this isn't a hi-jack.... just wanting to join the 660 family!

O yes the 660 pulls strong from the bottom to the top end..

I am running a 21 top sprocket in mine.. with plenty of power for the deep days..

How's ur primary.. look with a new belt.. .020 clearance.. if not.. that could be where the bottom end is lacking
