Clutching for ZRT 600 with 144" for powder fun

I currently have a 1997 ZRT 600 that I have stretched out to 144. I figure that someone's clutching that they used on their Powder Extreme would work alright.

The problem is that somewhere along the line, while it was still a trail sled, someone changed the clutching in it and now it is a trench monster. Engages at 5000 and is a hard engagement. Has a yellow spring for sure and not sure on the weights.

So some help is needed here. Some kind of starting point would help, I can fine tune from there.

Thanks

I have a 600 zrt 141 track. running 52 grams with yellow green spring in the primary and yellow in the secondary. Might be a place to start depending on elevation. book calls for 53 degree helix.

Right now the sled just got some new 53 cat weights and has a yellow/white spring with a non-roller secondary with a yellow spring in the middle and a 59/53.

The PO or someone back when this was a trail sled had put 55 notched weights in and in the time since, they have worn out. I am hoping that the 53's will work. Cat said the sled came stock with a 55, but I am thinking a 53g weight will work alright for trying to get out of the deeper stuff. (So I hope)

This is all tuning for 0-2000 ft. Stock pipes (for now) with 350's, needle one above middle. Still putting it together.
