1500mi failures all around

I just lost my bushing to the side of roller in turn this wore down the spider and also the roller ramps? (Black graphite looking 2 piece rollers) 4 other guys in my area have had similar failures so maintenance free until 2k miles is BS. Submitted for warranty, waiting for reply...
