Well, after a long wait for all the ducks to get in order..LOL

We are running, making 12 psi on the antilag in 2 seconds..!!!at 1/4 throttle..

the 1000 has a tone all its own with a 6'' long 3 '' id dump pipe :D:D yup, pointed it straight out right side panel so to let the driver in the lane next to us know whats in store for them..LOL

carbs ignition and all conversion pieces are simple and stupid easy to install.
looking forward to ice but might put it on the track dyno first. we shalll seeeee

Good deal Gus!! Did the compressor intake end up sticking out the shock tower like the pictures you sent me a while back? With the exhaust out the side you need to be sure and pick the left lane for full mental distress:D. Glad to hear IT'S ALIVE!!

the question here is will it hang with the 1240 turbo performnce sled that cs1006 owns? I really get tired of the Gus Bohne show.
 
man, gus, if you had told me about this before i got into my silly RX1 project, sounds pretty straight forward, and like its gonna make INSANE power.

email someone pics and get em up.. i wanna see what she looks like, might sell the RX1 project and get me another RT and boost it!
 
WELL ALRIGHT!!! i know you're tickled pink to finally be (almost) done. it's a relief to know how capable and worthy the RT is. i just bought an 05 with 362miles and hope to use your findings as a guide as i get more comfortable riding mine stock.
 
Ya, that 1240 looks like it runs good. But 300 is going to be a bit short of what the big boost 1000 turns i think. Im sure the race tracks will spell it out this winter. In any case, the old RT1000's are pure nasty with the enhancements!!

Yeah I know it's only 300hp but it makes over 200FPT for over 1600rpm.

That being said, it's out of pipe and turbo,we are already using over 500cfm of air on this engine and the aerocharger is only rated for 525cfm, with a good pipe I think we can get another 20 hp out of it.

I'm not done with this 1240 yet.:eek:

Once you get it all dialed in, throw it on a pump and lets see the #'s on the crank side.:D

Cliff, When the season is over or if the owner wants to pump it we will.

for now, please ship 3 days of cold air for ice ...:D

I have 2 guys very interested in building Yeatman RT/XR turbos,, Will you be putting out a kit or selling that sled Cliff ?

They both have the 2 donor sleds .
