carb venting?

I have a 2007 summit new motor but where does the clutch side carb vent to where the electrical connections go. It is just the nipple sitting there and I asume there should be a hose that connects there. The mag side carb is vented to the bottom of the block but where does the clutch side vent to?

That hose fitting on the PTO Rave solenoid is suppose to be open with no hose attached. Those are not carb vents, those are vacuum/pressure ports for the 3D raves.

ok thanks wanted to know if i could leave it vented right off the carb or if I had to run a hose somewhere.
