Broken Bolt Identification

Hello All, about ready to leave on a trip. In my trailer found a approx 12 " long broken bolt and nut. Trying to figure what sled and what part it belongs too. Could use some ideas. Thank you all for any help.

Thanks. Found it. Yeah it was. The wheels connected to the limiter strap. I panicked a little. Thanks again!
