Best Mod for 09 800 Summit X?

Can anyone tell me what the best bang for your buck would be as far as mods go? I would like to work on clutching but don't know where to start.

#1 Head (can't argue with head) Why would you build a mtn engine under 13:1?
#2 Can/silencer (lighter)

I will be working with an aftermarket company next fall on clutch/gear settups for '08-'09 Doo and Poo 800's for the hills. There were huge gains in performance and belt life to be found on the '08's, will be playing with the '09's as soon as the snow flies in the fall.
Good reliable engine mods are a head and a HPS silencer
