Im sure bike set it wasn’t messed with to much on the demos but on my 501 1st is completely useless 2nd was good but i was borderline on the rev limiter when climbing in the deep steep trees and wishing i could hold 3rd longer. After doing some playing around with gearing im now holding 3rd. And thats climbing in the trees with 2-1/2 -3ft of pow. On the flat open stuff im banging into 4th for a bit! Not sure how someone would not be able to get out of first gear!
What did you do for gearing I have the same set up as you.

A lot of guys are swapping the upper and lower gears on the secondary drive chain...lowering the gearing approx 10%...makes 1st completely useless on the 500's but makes all the other gears closer, and lower. Stock 2019 kit gearing works great with my 2020 ktm 500 xcf-w with all the restrictors removed, and on the high hp map switch...But this year 500 supposedly has 10 or so more hp than previous years. I have no problem pulling 3rd and 4th when climbing a steep fast hill. 5th is a road cruising gear. I don't think I have ever hit 6th on the snow.

Depends a bit on the snow conditions. Heavier favors the 37.

Trail the 137 over the 129

Dry continental pow. the 129

Big problem with he ARO 3 is engine power. The only thing I've seen spin it well is a cr540 pushing 80hp.
