Tomorrow around noon (4am Your time) is the start of stage 2 of the race, and this stage they the roads around here. Not a heavily populated area, so there will not be tour de France like tendencys, and it's the first year of the race. If the weather is good, the scenery could be nice. But if it gets like it was this morning the fog will spoil the wiew.
