Any new chain tension videos this year

Any good videos? Just wondering if there was any new technology for tensioning a chain this year ? .maybe something like an head bolt . 4 steps 30lbs back of to 0 tighten to 36 lbs then 90 degrees twice or something? asking for a friend.
