Thought i'd give credit where it's due as we always seem to hear about the problems only. Went in to ask a couple questions about belt deflection on my nytro. turns out the 3 bolts on the back of the secondary are worn out. Alpine only had 2 in stock so i thought OK ride it the way it is and replace the screws when i get home. Todd goes to the back and grabs a wrench, then proceeds to take the hood off a showroom sled to get me the part i need. Todd spent 10-15 minutes to get me a $3 dollar part so my sled would run top notch. I am not a regular customer, but am now. thanks Alpine.
