96 PS Airbox delete

Hey all. My buddy has a 96 PS and is wondering about the airbox delete. If anyone has info on this, could you please send it my way. Thanks

You should be able to pull the airbox off and run a set of k & n style filters. That is what I did on my '98 years ago. Be sure to re-jet accordingly.

Where did you mount all the things that are on the airbox? Do you have any pics?

When you rejet whats the rule of thumb. Do you go up or down a size or two. I know they are all different but whats the base line to do off of.

I made a bracket to mount everything over by the oil tank. Sorry, no pics. Sled has been gone for several years.

As far as jetting, you need to bump up a couple sizes. Dont recall how much. I think it was just 1 or 2 but don't quote me on that.
