The 165 pro with the 3.25 is magic, you can stop in the trees if the snow is 90ft deep without a worry, and it will still get rowdy when you need. Should be a beast.

I wonder how it will compare to your solid turbo 9R.

Snow checked a 165 3.25 boost pro 900 from carls, added the bumpers and shock valving. Should be a weapon.

165 3.25 is a lot of track to get spinning for the 850. But with a 900, I wouldn't be concerned at all. I imagine it'll ride a track length or lug height shorter. Best of both worlds

A week in, the "my old iron is still great," is holding a strong lead.

From the sounds of it, at least most folks will have some extra cash lying around for W/25-26.

I thought about getting a 9R Khaos 146 but I was thinking, this is year 5 of the Matryx deep snow sleds, year 6 of Matryx in trail and crossover sleds.. You gotta think 2027 is the next gen chassis?

As we witness the trajectory of falling sales, my bet is that Polaris will use 26 as a stabilizing year, where dealers can sell all their rotting 24/25 inventory while poo manufactures something like 35% of the snow checks of 2022-23.

Then for 27 (or maybe 28, let's see how deep the recession goes), they'll release an updated chassis. Typically they lead chassis updates with trail sleds, so maybe trail is released in 27, and mountain in 28?

Seems very smart to do. It also seems like they're getting firmer on deposits so they can get a truer sense of how much they can expect to move
