2017 summit x 850 broken bulkhead. Help me please..

I know this is a issue.. what's everyone doing? Mine is destroyed..
is there a class act lawsuit?
Is there a updated version?
Is brp helping with cost?
I've been putting this off, but have to deal with it. I'd hate to have to buy it and have the same problem... a arms did not bend, shocks are straight but the casing broke in multiple places..:juggle:
