2007 Dragon RMK Running Issues

Hello all I have recently acquired a 2007 RMK 700. I am having this issue where there is a check engine light it blinks once then off blink once then off. I am told this is a TPS issue. I have a new sensor coming for it. Also if it give it a midgity amount of gas it will move but anything more will stall it out. Are these issues linked? Will a new sensor fix this issue? Thanks!

Yes these issues are related. While you are waiting for the new TPS make sure there are no wiring issues such as broken wires in the TPS connector and where the wire is zip tied to the frame. That's a real sharp bend at that point so over time the wires might break or short together right there.

Perfect will do thank you! I know space is tight in there as well. I don't have to remove the clutches to get at it correct?
