2007 crossfire 1000 problems

Hello i got a 07 crossfire 1000 with a d and d y pipe, pipe, and can. I am using a boondocker box for fuel management and a set of black diamond power valve eliminators and also v force reeds. The problem i am having is if you floor it out of the hole it sounds like its hittin on one lung or like a farm tractor (sounds terrible). If you slowly ease into it it sounds normal the best i can get is 6800 and than it starts to run bad the air fuel ratio goes from rich to lean as soon as it starts acting up and the pto side will be runnnin 1050 degrees F and the mag side will be 450. I tried another boondocker box that didn t help but the taillight bulb keeps blowin and my left grip warmer quit to. Anyone think this could be the problem maybe stator, fuel injector i also checked the ecu ground cable. any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. Also when you start it the wrench lights up blinks twice goes out and you never see it again until you shut it off once you hit the kill switch it lights up till it completely dies

My 09 m1000 was having some issues this last weekend as well. I am running a DD ypipe and can with reeds. Pipe itself is stock. The thing ran fine saturday and then halfway through sunday it started intermitantly loosing spark to the mag cylinder. Sometimes it had no spark and sometimes it would run like you are describing with the PTO running normal egt temp and the mag running about 4-500 degrees. Other times it would pick back up and run like it is supposed to. I was also getting a "mag wire crossed" error on my boondocker box while this was going on. Once a "pto injector error" message flashed up on it, but the pto cylinder was running fine. I have not had a chance to check into it yet but I will dig into it tonight. My initial thoughts are some chafed/melted wires under the y-pipe area. We will see. hopefully I can get it sorted before my 5 day snowmobiling trip next week. :face-icon-small-fro Otherwise my old reliable M7 will make the trip with me as the primary machine instead of the backup.

oh, almost forgot, i never did have anything flash in my speedometer head for errors.
