2004 firecat 700 ext clutching help

[M7-Ballz 2 the Wall]

So i bought a f7 ext 144 with a grenaded clutch and it came with a spare 2002 zr600 primary that needs rebuilt. My question is what would be the best set up for 0-3000 elevation stock sled with can, IE: weights, springs primary, spring helix secondary? I am not looking for top speed I like low end with good pull for deep days and trail riding? Can any one give me some answers? I do know it has a purple spring with 72g weights now in broken clutch, Secondary unsure,
Thanks and the stock clutch is a 6 tower and the zr 600 one is a nine tower.
