2002 ski doo renegade 700 weak electrical system

i have an electric sheild i use on my helmet that i have had installed on past sleds. on my other sleds the shield works good but on my '02 renegade the sheild barely heats. I later found out these sleds were equipped with a lower power system that doesn't have much juice to power accesories. does anyone know of a way to boost or change the electrical system on this sled to run my shield?

never heard of this issue....maybe your stator is on its way out. is your headlight still bright?

you could try disconnecting the headlight htis might give you some extra juice.
