There is no TPS. If you you mean the dead man swith that the thottle flipper hits, then you just need to unplug the kill swith right at the bottom of your bars.(where they attach to the steering post) If it will run then you need to replace the kill switch they are all one unit.

throttle safety switch bypass

Unplug the two switches and either plug them to each other or make a plug setuo to connect them together. The two prong plug is the standard size that is available in the wiring department at your local auto parts store.


While you are at it you should unplug and clean the four prong connector at the motor and put some dielectric greas on it before you reconnect it. Then wrap it with electrical tape to prevent moisture from entering. (This plug causes run on and backfiring when it gets wet.)


If you are running this machine with stock jetting in it then I would change that also as it is very piggy on that much fuel.
